没有听见风铃

先开启风铃、调高页面音量并点击试听；检查设备音量和浏览器是否被静音。其他参会者需要通过 Zoom 的共享声音听到风铃。保持控制窗口打开并避免设备休眠。

无法使用头像叠加

普通网页不会改变 Zoom 的视频画面。独立 Zoom 应用安装开放后，需要在 Zoom 应用内操作，已入会、视频开启且已授权前景接口。当前可先使用会议显示窗口。

Tell us whether you use the web or Zoom version, your browser or Zoom client version, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send passwords, authorization codes, access tokens, secrets or private meeting content.

No chime sound

Turn on the chime, increase the page volume and click Listen. Check device volume and browser mute settings. Other participants hear it through Zoom's Share sound option. Keep the controller open and the device awake.

Video overlay unavailable

A regular web page cannot change Zoom video. Once the separate Zoom app is open for installation, you must use it inside Zoom, join a meeting, turn on video and authorize the foreground APIs. For now, share the meeting display window.

Change the language

Click EN or 中文 at the top right. The controller and meeting display use the same saved browser preference. Check that both windows are open in the same browser and site if they do not synchronize.
